The Best Parade Seating Ever

We celebrated the Fourth of July in Hillsville.

The Hillsville parade lined up right outside the house.

We set up our chairs under a shady tree in the front yard.

We watched everyone get the floats ready, and then the judges came by to award prizes.

The float right in front of the house won "Most Patriotic."

Then the parade started.

And we had the best seats I've ever had for a parade.

Oh, and see that car in the background?

That's our new (used) Chevy! We bought it a day or two before the Fourth of July, but I think it still counts as part of our celebration.
