Some of the things that we relinquished to the movers met a spectacular end. This fern stand was one of them.
But some of our most fragile items were miraculously undamaged: glass vases, including one in the shape of a fish; a jellyfish paperweight; some shells that I picked up in Baja and on Sanibel Island. They made it here in spite of the fact that the movers packed all of our fragile boxes upside down and underneath stacks of book boxes. I think it's because the people who helped us pack were so talented. Could you all please fly out here when we move again?
